General Terms and Conditions

1.1 All promotional and discount codes are subject to branch manager discretion.

1.2 Promotions and discounts may be removed at any time without prior notice.

1.3 Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated.

1.4 Student discounts are only valid upon presentation of a valid student photo ID.

1.5 Corporate discounts require recognised company identification.

1.6 Loyalty discounts are only valid where sufficient loyalty points have been earned and verified by the system.

Welcome to the YouMeSushi Reward Club (“Reward Club”). By registering for and participating in the Reward Club, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership

1.1 The YouMeSushi Reward Club is operated by YouMeSushi (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1.2 Membership is free and available to customers aged 18 or over.

1.3 Customers may register through participating YouMeSushi stores, online ordering channels, or official loyalty platforms.

1.4 Members must provide accurate and complete registration information.

1.5 Membership is limited to one account per person.

2. Earning Stamps

2.1 Members earn digital stamps on qualifying purchases made at participating locations, online, or through approved delivery partners.

3. Rewards

3.1 Members can redeem rewards once the required number of stamps has been collected.

• Free Hot Bowl or Sushi Box
• Maximum reward value: £13
• If multiple eligible products are ordered, the lowest-priced eligible item will be discounted
• Reward valid for 60 days from issue date

3.2 Rewards are subject to availability.

3.3 Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

3.4 Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount code, or third-party promotion unless otherwise stated.

3.5 Rewards must be redeemed before their expiry date.

3.6 Unused rewards will automatically expire after the stated validity period.

4. Welcome Offers

4.1 New Reward Club members may receive introductory promotional offers during launch periods.

4.2 Welcome offers are limited to one use per customer and may not be combined with other promotions.

4.3 YouMeSushi reserves the right to amend or withdraw welcome offers at any time without notice.

5. Birthday Reward

5.1 Eligible members may receive a birthday reward offering a free side item up to the value of £7.

5.2 To qualify, members must:

• Provide a valid date of birth
• Be opted into marketing communications where required

5.3 Birthday rewards are subject to availability and selected menu items only.

6. Redemption Rules

6.1 Members must present or apply their Reward Club account at the time of purchase to earn or redeem rewards.

6.2 Rewards may only be redeemed through participating channels specified by YouMeSushi.

6.3 Rewards cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.

6.4 Only one reward may be redeemed per transaction unless otherwise stated.

7. Expiry & Account Closure

7.1 Stamps and rewards may expire if not used within the applicable validity period.

7.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, misuse, abusive behaviour, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7.3 If an account is closed, all unused stamps and rewards will be forfeited.

8. Changes to the Programme

8.1 YouMeSushi reserves the right to:

• Amend these Terms & Conditions
• Change reward structures
• Modify qualifying spend thresholds
• Suspend or terminate the Reward Club at any time

8.2 Any changes will be posted on our website and/or communicated through official channels.

9. Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouMeSushi shall not be liable for:

• Technical failures
• Lost rewards or stamps due to system errors
• Unauthorised use of accounts
• Delays or interruptions to the Reward Club service

9.2 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10. Data Protection

10.1 Personal information collected as part of the Reward Club will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10.2 By joining the Reward Club, members agree that their information may be used for administering the programme and sending eligible rewards and offers.

11. General

11.1 The Reward Club is intended for personal and consumer use only.

11.2 Abuse of the programme, including the creation of multiple accounts or fraudulent activity, may result in disqualification.

11.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
